Nigerian rapper Odumodublvck has indicated that he is open to reconciling with fellow rapper Blaqbonez, but only if the apology is direct and sincere.

In a recent podcast interview with Pulse Nigeria, the “Wotowoto” hitmaker discussed the ongoing tension between the two artists, mentioning that although the disagreement has been personal, he is not dismissing the possibility of reconciliation.

He stated that his Christian upbringing influences his perspective on forgiveness.

“My rift with Blaqbonez is personal. However, I won’t exclude the chance of reconciliation because there is nothing God can’t forgive. But you need a contrite heart to seek forgiveness.

“You are sending prominent artists to approach me, but because you want to maintain a social image, you avoid delivering an apology even privately, fearing I would expose you.

“Real men don’t act that way. I cannot publicly share someone’s apology. If you cannot humble yourself, you will be hindered,”

he commented.

Odumodublvck clarified that he has not yet received a personal apology. He claimed that instead of addressing him directly, Blaqbonez has turned to respected figures in the music industry to help mediate the situation.

He also dismissed suggestions that their conflict was merely a lyrical rivalry, asserting that the disagreement, which began last year, extends beyond diss tracks and hip-hop competition. He accused his peer of trying to characterize the issue as a rap feud by releasing songs targeting him.

While fans speculate about the likelihood of peace, Odumodublvck’s stance is clear: reconciliation is possible, but humility is essential.
