Cardinal X25 – Jelani ft. EugeCube

South African producer Cardinal X25 continues to receive attention with “Jelani,” a soulful Amapiano collaboration that remains popular in DJ sets and club playlists in 2026.

Released through Chabalaja / EMPIRE, “DEJAVU II” carries on the success of the original “Dejavu,” which was released on April 15, 2026, as the fourth track and one of the standout records from Islambo’s HOLD SOMETHING EP.

In response to the favorable reception of the first version, Islambo has enlisted Bella Shmurda to bring a new perspective and enhance the track’s appeal.

Produced by Boldface, the song retains the smooth Afrosounds foundation of the original, featuring deep basslines, catchy rhythms, and atmospheric synth elements. Bella Shmurda’s vocal style introduces a street-pop edge, combining reflective lyrics with his well-known melodic delivery.

With its blend of Afrobeats, Afrosounds, and Street-Pop, “DEJAVU II” elevates the original groove into a more energetic anthem aimed at broader audiences.
