Islambo – DEJAVU II ft. Bella Shmurda

Nigerian artist Islambo has released “DEJAVU II,” a collaborative Afrobeats track featuring Bella Shmurda. Officially launched on July 28, 2026, this new single serves as a sequel to the original hit, incorporating additional street-inspired energy.

The single was distributed by Chabalaja / EMPIRE and builds on the success of the first “Dejavu,” which was released on April 15, 2026, as part of Islambo’s HOLD SOMETHING EP.

Due to the favorable reception of the initial track, Islambo enlisted Bella Shmurda to provide a fresh perspective and enhance the song’s appeal.

The production by Boldface preserves the smooth foundation of the original, featuring deep basslines, engaging rhythms, and atmospheric synth elements. Bella Shmurda’s vocal style introduces a street-pop element, pairing reflective lyrics with his distinct melodic approach.

By merging Afrobeats, Afrosounds, and Street-Pop, “DEJAVU II” elevates the original piece into a more dynamic anthem aimed at a broader audience.
