Nigerian producer Sarz has officially accepted his UK Afrobeats Chart Award for the hit single “Getting Paid”, which features a collaboration with Wizkid, Asake, and Jamaican dancehall star Skillibeng.

The long-awaited presentation finally occurred on a Tuesday, October 28, 2025, at the BBC 1Xtra studio located in London.

The award honours the track’s outstanding chart success following its initial debut at No. It reached number one on the UK Official Afrobeats Chart on October 5, 2025, and stayed at the top for three consecutive weeks.
