Makhadzi Is Facing Criticism online Because A Former Dancer Says She Didn’t Receive Payment For Two Months Of Her Job

Singer and performer Makhadzi is in trouble again after a former dancer said she didn’t get paid for two months.

The dancer, named Melita Ramokgosi, posted on Facebook on Tuesday, October 14, 2025, to express her anger and shared screenshots of WhatsApp messages between her and Makhadzi as proof.

In her message, Melita said she was promised payment after she came back from a concert in Mozambique, but the money never arrived.

“Please tell your favorite to pay me for the two months she owes me from May and June. This is why I stopped working with her. I was told I would get paid when they got back to South Africa from Mozambique, but NOTHING! ! ! ” she posted.

Melita also shared a video of her performing on stage with Makhadzi during one of her concerts, saying she had done her job and should get paid.

The screenshots showed her trying to ask the singer for payment several times, but she got no response.

In one of the messages, she reportedly told Makhadzi, “You are really not a nice person. I know you see my messages, and you’re ignoring them, along with my calls. It’s ridiculous that I have to beg you to pay me for the work I did. Can you please just pay me so I can leave you alone? ”

This news comes just days after it was reported that Makhadzi might lose her belongings because of a R200,000 debt to a consultant, raising more worries about her money issues.
