Kanye West has announced the release date for his new album, Bully, and his first U.S. show in two years.

On March 9, he updated his website to confirm that his upcoming 12th LP will be released on March 27, which is a week later than initially planned. It has been reported that the project will be distributed by gamma., a company co-founded by former Apple and Interscope executive Larry Jackson, which has also partnered with artists such as Snoop Dogg, Rick Ross, and Usher.

After the album’s release, West will perform at Los Angeles’ SoFi Stadium on April 3, marking his first domestic concert since his performance at Rolling Loud California in March 2024. This show is promoted as his only performance in Los Angeles. Fans can pre-register for tickets by pre-saving Bully, with some pre-registrants possibly receiving free tickets. General ticket sales will begin on March 11.

The concert is part of an eight-date tour to promote Bully, with the other seven shows scheduled in various countries worldwide. West will begin the tour on March 29 in New Delhi, India, with performances planned in Turkey, the Netherlands, France, Italy, and Spain until July 30.

Due to past controversies, including antisemitic remarks that impacted his career and led to the cessation of his partnership with Adidas, Kanye’s recent performances have mostly been limited to international locations such as China, South Korea, and Mexico.

His upcoming album and tour follow an apology he published in a full-page ad in The Wall Street Journal, where he expressed deep regret for his past behavior. In the letter, West attributed some of his actions to a car accident in 2002, which he says led to unrecognized neurological issues affecting his mental health, culminating in a bipolar diagnosis. He stated that he is not aligned with extremist ideologies and apologized to the Black community for the disappointment he caused, recognizing them as central to his identity. He concluded by emphasizing his commitment to creating positive and meaningful art as part of his journey towards mental health recovery.
