Jim Jones – Back In My Bag

Jim Jones released his highly anticipated new album, At The Church Steps, this Friday, February 28. He had been promoting the project for more than a year, piquing listeners’ interest in hearing what was to come next. This marks the 20th anniversary of his debut album, On My Way To Church, released in August 2004. His latest release features 17 songs and collaborations with several well-known artists.

A number of notable artists including Fabolous, Dave East, and Fivio Foreign appear. A cinematic music video for one of his solo tracks, specifically “Back In My Bag,” was released by him yesterday. In the song, Jones raps about earning wealth, having conflicts with rivals, and other topics. During a February appearance on The Breakfast Club, he shared his thoughts about the album, explaining that it was created as a personal project for his own satisfaction.
