The track “Love Hangover” featuring Dominic Fike shifts its tone to a more alternative R&B sound, focusing on a relationship from which it is difficult to recover. The release in January prompted “ExtraL” (presumably a reference to extra-large), a supremely confident hip-hop track that aims to inspire women to have a positive self-image and appreciate their potential. Veteran producer Dem Jointz has gained extra credibility due to his collaborations with artists such as Kanye West, Eminem, Dr. Dre, and others. The energy on this track is highly contagious from the beginning, particularly due to Doechii’s passionate lyrics and intense delivery. Although JENNIE is often overshadowed, she has generated significant excitement for her upcoming work on Ruby.
