Gospel singer Ebuka Songs has finally spoken out about his departure from Moses Bliss’ record label, Spotlite Nation, following his premature exit just before finishing his three-year contract.

Moses Bliss had previously discussed Ebuka’s departure in a previous interview. The singer departed the label following an 11-month tenure. Ebuka revealed that he was not entirely satisfied with the comments made during the interview. He pointed out that certain details were not required. He subsequently clarified that he and Moses Bliss had resolved their issues and were able to move forward.

Ebuka discussed the reasons behind his departure in a recent episode of the Open Up podcast. He explained that his choice was motivated by a need to concentrate on his ministry.

I am deeply thankful to Moses Bliss for his influence in my life, as at that point, I possessed the anointing and gift, but lacked the knowledge of how to utilize them effectively in a professional manner. I’m thankful for the path I’ve walked so far, but now it’s time to shift my focus to my ministry. He noted that we are currently in a positive situation.

Ebuka Songs explained that he had chosen to remain silent about the issue in order to prevent baseless conjecture and concentrate on his spiritual development.

“The reason why I kept quiet about my exit or didn’t say anything since that time is because I didn’t want it to generate more conversations. We all get to the point where we just want to focus on the next phase of our lives, and for me, that is the assignment of God upon my life,”

he added.

Ebuka Songs, following his departure from Spotlite Nation, sought to alleviate concerns among fans by stating that he has no animosity towards his former team or colleague Moses Bliss. He noted that he is currently in a positive situation as he progresses with his ministry.
