Davido Reveals The Essential Item He Always Takes When Traveling

Afrobeats artist David Adeleke, known as Davido, has shared insights regarding his fashion preferences and the essential items he takes when traveling.

During an interview with fashion content creator Mystery Fashionist, he talked about his fondness for luxury accessories, personal style, and his fashion approach.

Davido noted that his interest in looking well-dressed began in his youth, indicating that fashion has always played a significant role in his identity. However, due to his busy schedule as a global artist, he currently relies on a stylist to coordinate his outfits.

When discussing his jewellery, he emphasized that his wedding ring is the most meaningful piece he possesses, ranking it higher than his expensive watches and chains.

He stated that the ring symbolizes his commitment to his wife and represents his relationship.

“My wedding ring is my most precious, most important piece of jewellery because I have a vow to follow. A ring is a symbol to show I have a partner; stay away, I’m taken.”

Davido also listed five essential items he carries while traveling.

These include his American passport, Bottega headphones, an 18-karat Rolex wristwatch, his wedding ring, and a Cuban link chain weighing over one kilogram, valued at nearly $1 million.

This highlights both his appreciation for luxury fashion and the personal significance of some of his valued possessions.
