YTB Fatt hails from a distinct segment of the rap scene compared to Rio Da Yung Og. He appears to be very at ease with the Detroit production on “Ghetto Fox.” A native of West Memphis, Arkansas, makes easy work of the fast-paced tempo that the town is famous for. “He’s going to show up at this place, that boy is dead, he’ll tell it / Take a dump on the rap industry, I know they can smell me / A reckless female is spending time with me, I thought I had sex with Sexyy.” He is able to compete with Rio Da Yung Og on an equal level. He’s skilled at exchanging clever remarks and humorous one-liners to complement the prevailing atmosphere.
This concept appears logical when reviewed on paper, and its reasoning becomes even clearer when you consider it as a whole. We’re at a stage where a collaborative project seems like a distinct possibility. The infectious beat is also enhanced by the chemistry it has. Its powerful sound is dominated by watery keyboard sounds, booming drum bells, and rapid-fire bass kicks. We can anticipate further intense heat from both YTB Fatt and Rio. They’ve demonstrated no indication of losing momentum with the quantity and excellence of each individual track. We wouldn’t be surprised if Fatt releases a new long-player soon, following several earlier EPs. Take a look at “Ghetto Fox” in the meantime, though, and see if it’s gaining traction.”
