Tory Lanez – Nobody / Quarantine

Tory Lanez Nobody Quarantine

As someone from Canada, Tory Lanez is well-versed in what it’s like to be cold. In this instance, however, we’re not talking about the cold temperatures found in the northern regions. We’re actually discussing the energy he’s showcasing on his recent Lost Tapes, “Nobody” and “Quarantine.”

It’s now widely known that the imprisoned multi-talent has been releasing two songs almost every Thursday and Friday since July 2024. Recording “new” material has served as a means for him to create content while he serves his sentence related to the Megan Thee Stallion shooting.

As for these tracks, Lanez is subtly urging listeners to maintain a distance from others when required. The One Umbrella boss has kept his inner circle small, limiting it to just family and close friends, as evidenced by the long-lost recording from 2018, “Nobody”.

He’s been let down by too many so-called friends who haven’t taken their friendship seriously, which has reached a point where he’s had to sever all connections.

I used to hang out with 50 people / 50 people dwindled down to 30 / 30 people dwindled down to 20 / 20 people dwindled down to 10 / Who do I rely on now?

On the track “Quarantine”, Tory’s tone takes on a slightly different feel, showcasing his more raunchy and player-like side. “Haven’t got any affection for women who are financially unstable and cannot afford me; I’ll go ahead and get in touch with your friends so that we can have a group sex party.”
