Swayvee – You’re Mine ft. Wizard Chan

“You’re Mine” is a mellow Afro-R&B track featuring artist Swayvee and Nigerian reggae-soul singer Wizard Chan. Released on August 14, 2026, it is the first song in Swayvee’s studio project, PersWaysion.

The song creates a relaxed, late-night atmosphere with warm basslines, gentle vocals, and a steady rhythm that supports its romantic theme. Swayvee addresses the comfort of finding a special person while discussing love, trust, vulnerability, and the desire for a lasting connection.

Wizard Chan contributes a deeper emotional layer with his unique reggae-fusion style. His soulful delivery complements Swayvee’s softer melodies, resulting in a balanced sound that feels intimate without being overly dramatic.

The production, by Swayvee and ZARRTHEMAKER, features smooth instrumentation and a subtle groove that keeps the focus on the vocals. This creates a track suitable for quiet evenings, romantic playlists, or moments when a soothing background is preferred.

As the introductory piece of PersWaysion, “You’re Mine” establishes a warm and emotionally engaging tone for the project. Its inclusion in Spotify’s New Music Friday Naija playlist further enhances the visibility of Swayvee’s recent work.
