Skhenqe – iDeath Warranty

Skhenqe has fulfilled his commitment to releasing a mini-project that is both concise and melodic. Titled “iDeath Warranty,” it showcases his talents.

It is important to pay attention to emerging artists in the Maskandi genre, as they contribute significantly to its sound. While established veterans continue to embody the essence of the genre, young musicians often bring a sense of creativity and innovative exploration into traditional Zulu melodies, enhancing the uniqueness of their work.

Demonstrating his value to the Maskandi sound, Skhenqe has returned with this three-track project, “iDeath Warranty.” This release highlights a new melodic range within Maskandi that expands on ideas that have not been explored in some time.

The project includes his popular song, “Izinsalela,” along with two other equally melodic tracks.
