Rudeboy – Blessed & Alive ft. Sarkodie

Nigerian Afrobeats artist Rudeboy (King Rudy) collaborates with Ghanaian rapper Sarkodie on “Blessed & Alive,” which was released on July 24, 2026.

The track, accompanied by an official music video, merges Afrobeats with soulful Highlife elements, creating an anthem focused on gratitude, resilience, and personal growth.

This collaboration marks their first release together since their successful song “Lucky” in 2019, shifting from themes of romance to a more introspective message.

Rudeboy’s vocals convey appreciation for life and blessings, while Sarkodie contributes thoughtful verses in both Twi and English, enhancing the song’s depth with his distinctive lyrical style.

With its warm production, inspirational lyrics, and engaging performances, “Blessed & Alive” stands out as a significant release that transcends the typical dancefloor experience.

Those who appreciate meaningful Afrobeats combined with Highlife melodies and motivational narratives may find “Blessed & Alive” worth listening to repeatedly.
