Nigerian street-hop star Portable is preparing to launch a new EP titled *Ogo Wanted*, which seems to draw inspiration from his recent legal challenges with the Ogun State government.

The artist was recently declared wanted by the police on several charges, including conspiracy, assault, and possession of firearms.

He eventually turned himself in at the Lagos State Criminal Investigation Department (SCID) before being moved to the Ogun State Police headquarters. In court, Portable pleaded not guilty and was granted bail set at ₦20 million.

The court also placed certain restrictions on him, instructing him not to discuss the case on social media. His trial is scheduled to resume on March 5, 2025. Despite facing these legal obstacles, Portable has been actively promoting his upcoming EP on Instagram.

In a promotional post, he boldly claimed that his music career is more profitable than engaging in internet fraud, often referred to as “Yahoo.”

He captioned the post:

“Ogo Wanted. Music money pass Yahoo. Zeh Nation, many inspiration.”

Fans are eagerly looking forward to the release, excited to experience Portable’s signature energetic style and engaging storytelling.
