Mr. Eazi Releases The Tracklist For His Surprise EP ‘Maison Rouge’

Nigerian music artist Mr. Eazi has taken fans by surprise with the unveiling of the official tracklist for his upcoming EP, Maison Rouge, scheduled for release later this month.

The project, which was recorded in a villa, is scheduled for release on October 29, 2025, and represents a return to the artist’s characteristic Banku Music style, a rhythmic fusion of Ghanaian highlife and Nigerian melodies that initially established his sound.

The singer and entrepreneur revealed the news on X (formerly Twitter) on October 18, 2025, stating the EP was a spontaneous creation born of pure inspiration. He’s released a new EP, which is set to come out on 29th October, and it’s titled ‘Maison Rouge’, a name inspired by the villa in a certain location where the project was recorded. “This particular track stands out ‘cos it was unplanned and 100% about good vibes and Banku Music.”

The title, which translates to “Red House” in French, references a villa located in Cotonou, Benin, where Mr. Eazi recorded the project. The recording sessions were said to have taken place in a casual, artistic environment, yielding music that sounds natural, authentic, and profoundly intimate.

According to the tracklist that Mr Eazi shared, the Maison Rouge EP comprises seven songs in total, consisting of both new tracks and previously released singles that have already gained popularity among fans. The tracklist comprises Wait For Your Love, Casanova, Make E No Tey, Corny, Bus Stop, Love Me Now, and Violence. Mr. Eazi’s songs showcase a range of artistic styles, including romantic introspection, laid-back rhythms, and experimental beats.

Several previously released tracks, such as Casanova, Corny, Love Me Now, and Violence, have been gaining popularity on streaming platforms due to their emotional authenticity and unique sound. Love Me Now particularly stands out as a heartfelt tribute to his mother, with Violence featuring a stripped-down, haunting sound.

A team of top Afrobeats producers – P. Prime, Ekelly, TMXO, and Kel-P – drive the project, each contributing their distinct style to the music.
