Lucki – Bad InFluence (Freestyle)

Lucki Bad InFluence Freestyle

Lucki is not taking things lightly. The rapper won over fans with his 2024 release, GEMINI, and it appears that his most recent era is likely to be his most successful so far. Lucki treated his fans with his “Bad InFluence Freestyle” on Monday, showcasing some of his finest pure rapping to date. He genuinely seems reinvigorated and is keen to demonstrate that he has a place among the top-tier rappers with his upcoming album Drugs R Bad. He wisely paired a Tupac instrumental with his boasts.

Lucki covers a wide range of topics, including the death of Nipsey Hussle and the notion that some fans believe he has declined in quality. His skillful use of the microphone is particularly noteworthy, especially considering the large number of instrumentals he incorporates into the song. The track begins with Tupac’s “Against All Odds,” but Lucki also uses two additional beats throughout the freestyle. As the song unfolds, the musical style becomes increasingly contemporary. Lucki is rapping over a trap instrumental that would fit seamlessly onto a Lil Baby mixtape by the end. Throughout the entire performance, he maintains a steady hand and utilizes wordplay that is more polished than spectacular. Lucki is set to release bars for his fans, and it’s exciting to see an MC choose a freestyle over a single to create hype. We’re looking forward to more.
