Nigerian musician, Keshinro Ololade, who is better known as Lil Kesh, has provided fans with a rare update on his well-being after being the victim of a violent assault in Lagos a few weeks prior.

A music celebrity recently shared a picture on Snapchat, depicting himself with visible bandages on his ear and neck. Lil Kesh looked relaxed, wearing a casual white singlet and sitting on a couch, an image that implies he is slowly recovering.

Naijahomeland previously reported that the Shoki singer was stabbed in the neck during the incident, and one of his ears was partially severed. The assailants also took his expensive jewelry away with them.

Following emergency treatment, doctors were able to successfully reattach his ear via surgery. Lil Kesh has been recovering privately since the Lagos attack, keeping a low profile.
