A dramatic development has occurred in the Jude Okoye-related lawsuit, as his brother Paul Okoye has accused their twin, Peter Okoye, of instigating the case.

A new development has arisen in the lawsuit concerning Jude Okoye, with Nigerian musician Paul Okoye, also known as Rudeboy, alleging that his twin brother Peter Okoye was responsible for their elder brother Jude’s indictment.

Jude Okoye, the former manager of the disbanded P-Square group, has been charged by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) at the Federal High Court (FHC) in Ikoyi with allegations of fraud amounting to ₦1.38 billion. After news of the indictment broke, Paul Okoye posted on Instagram, claiming this was the result Peter had supposedly been aiming for. In his post, he also offered supportive words to Jude, urging him to stay resilient.

Paul Okoye appeared at the Federal High Court in Ikoyi on Friday, February 28, 2025, where he publicly backed Jude during his court hearing. When speaking with journalists, Paul made a shocking assertion: “Peter was the person who incarcerated Jude, and I am here to set him free.”

Paul made a stunning disclosure, revealing that he and Peter were embroiled together in the same financial transactions that resulted in Jude’s indictment. He stated that Peter and Paul are guilty of the same thing they are accusing him of.

The ongoing case has sparked a heated debate, with fans and industry experts closely following the developing drama between the formerly united P-Square brothers. As the ongoing legal proceedings persist, the situation has led to increased concerns about the underlying conflicts within the Okoye family.
