EP: Ntokzin – Nhlanhla

Ntokzin, a significant figure in the Amapiano genre, has released a new EP titled “Nhlanhla.”

His recent return to the music scene has been somewhat overlooked. Despite concerns that the rapidly evolving genre had moved past him, leading some to believe that the culture he contributed to might have left him behind, he made a notable comeback, reclaiming his original status.

His latest track, “Hleka’Nabo,” featuring Moscow on Keyz, Zeenhle, and Macfowlen, has become one of the most prominent piano tracks released, achieving over 20 million streams across digital platforms, indicating a strong positive reception from fans. In response to the ongoing developments within the Amapiano sound, Ntokzin has released a collection of seven tracks titled “Nhlanhla.”

The EP features collaborations with artists such as Thukuthela, Njelic, Zar Keys, Mkeyz, De Mthuda, Zee Nxumalo, Josiah De Disciple, Sino Msolo, Da Muziqal Chef, and others. The seven tracks highlight Ntokzin’s production skills and demonstrate a variety of musical styles.
