China Charmeleon, Brandon Dhludhlu & Ed-Ward – Birds Sing (Ed-Ward Remix)

China Charmeleon, Brandon Dhludhlu & Ed-Ward – Birds Sing (Ed-Ward Remix) is an Afro-house/deep-house remix that transforms the original with a deeper, more atmospheric groove. The release aligns with the Stay True Sounds aesthetic, merging organic musical elements with refined electronic production.

De Soul and Brandon Dhludhlu recently collaborated on Cela Ubuye featuring Ljay MusiKa.

The production features deep basslines, steady house percussion, warm melodic textures, atmospheric pads, subtle keys, and spacious electronic components. Ed-Ward arranges the track smoothly, allowing rhythms and melodies to evolve gradually rather than emphasizing heavy drops.

Brandon Dhludhlu’s soulful vocals play a crucial role in the track, contributing warmth, emotion, and a reflective character to the deeper instrumental base. The synergy of his vocals with China Charmeleon’s musicality and Ed-Ward’s remix technique produces a sophisticated and engaging sound.

Overall, Birds Sing (Ed-Ward Remix) represents a warm, soulful, and atmospheric Afro-house release that merges deep grooves, expressive vocals, melodic depth, and understated electronic production. It suits sunset sessions, soulful playlists, long drives, late-night listening, and deep Afro-house DJ sets.
