Lil Yachty’s assertion that Black Lives Matter is “literally a scam” sparked a reaction from the organization, which swiftly responded to his comments. The individuals responded with a statement to his comments, which were made on a March 2 episode of Quenlin Blackwell’s “Feeding Starving Celebrities,” and they accused the rapper of endorsing white supremacist ideology.

“BLM stated that his comments are incorrect in a lengthy statement made to FOX News earlier in the week.” These works are based on false information, lack originality, and have been created to appease those who financially benefit from the hardships of Black people.

What’s actually being deceived is Black Lives Matter. They are observing Black artists with substantial followings regurgitating the same overused criticisms of Black activism while disregarding the actual structures that are causing harm. Black Lives Matter has offered support to numerous Black families who have suffered the loss of loved ones due to police violence. We’ve developed programs, provided financial assistance through mutual aid, and engaged in legal battles and street protests to safeguard our community.

Rapper Lil Yachty’s comments on Quenlin Blackwell’s “Feeding Starving Celebrities”

“They had purchased large luxury homes and you probably wouldn’t be aware of it because you lack interest in Black people and do not stay informed about current Black news,” Lil Yachty stated to Blackwell during the broadcast. The organization bought a 6,500-square-foot California property for $6 million in 2020, as reported by AP News, with the goal of creating a sanctuary for those mourning loved ones who lost their lives due to police violence incidents.

The “One Night” artist could consider presenting factual evidence when making further claims, choosing a more suitable outlet to share them, before targeting the movement once more.

Despite controversy, Lil Yachty’s “Feeding Starving Celebrities” arguably stands out as one of the most entertaining tracks we’ve received so far, primarily because of his extensive past with Blackwell. The conversation covered dating, fashion, and other topics as they prepared a strange meal featuring chicken tenders coated with Flamin’ Hot sauce. Among the dishes listed are Hot Cheetos, scrambled pancakes, and orange juice.
