Album: The Game – The Documentary III

The Game adds a new installment to a significant series of his career with The Documentary 3. This project represents his 11th studio album and follows 2005’s The Documentary and its sequel, The Documentary 2, released in 2015. The Game has mentioned in interviews his desire to revisit the series two decades after the initial project that contributed to his prominence in West Coast hip-hop. He has generated anticipation in the years leading up to this release. Recently, he participated in a Verzuz battle with fellow Compton artist YG, which stood out as a notable event. The two also collaborated on the single “Red People,” and Game later confirmed YG’s appearance on The Documentary 3. With this third installment, The Game aims to continue the legacy of a series that has been a part of his career for over 20 years.
