Orezi – Get This Money

Orezi has released a new track titled “Get This Money,” which emphasizes the theme of ambition without embellishment. The single, released under Ghen Ghen Music Empire, is his first of the year, lending the title a sense of significance. The song is straightforward, centering on its purpose right from the title before the first verse begins.

This track is noteworthy as it fits well within Orezi’s discography while offering something different. Over the years, he has alternated between club anthems and more thought-provoking tracks, ranging from “Rihanna” to the socially conscious “You Garrit.” “Get This Money” aligns more with the former, focusing on the pursuit of income rather than delivering a message or narrative. Its simplicity is intentional.

The production is streamlined, lacking features or complex arrangements that might distract from the core message. Orezi handles the song solo, which complements its direct nature. The title is reiterated throughout, ensuring it resonates, while the beat remains unobtrusive, allowing the message to come through clearly.

For those familiar with his earlier work from the “Ghen Ghen” period, this release feels like a return to form rather than a drastic change. It is not positioned as a significant statement but rather as a straightforward hustle anthem.

Listening to “Get This Money” may prompt you to consider whether this track deserves a place in your playlist.
