GTA 6 Names Trina, Trick Daddy, Burna Boy & More As Radio Hosts

We are just over a month away from the release of Grand Theft Auto VI, and Rockstar Games has been providing updates on what players can expect on November 19. On October 8, the studio announced that Trina, Trick Daddy, Burna Boy, and others will serve as radio hosts across the game’s in-game stations.

The collaborators are expected to lead GTA’s Hip Hop station, “Dirty South Classics,” which will include songs like David Banner and Lil’ Flip’s “Like a Pimp,” JT Money’s “Who Dat,” and “Born N Raised” by DJ Khaled, Trick, Rick Ross, and Pitbull.

Burna Boy and Palms Trax (under the name “Palmsy”) will host “AfroBank FM,” while Lana Del Rey, Morgan Wallen, Bad Bunny, and RaiNao (known as El Martillo and La Gata, respectively), Swedish singer Robyn, model Alex Consani, and Slayer’s Kerry King and Tom Araya will also take turns on the country, Latin, pop, and rock stations in Grand Theft Auto VI.

Burna Boy expressed his excitement about “AfroBank FM,” stating that it allows for the integration of music and culture in a game he has enjoyed for years. He emphasized that GTA has always recognized the significance of music within the game’s world.

In addition to the radio stations, which have been a long-standing feature of the Grand Theft Auto series, Rockstar Games has confirmed the introduction of on-demand podcasts that players can access through headphones and earbuds.

Recently, Rockstar Games announced that artists such as PinkPantheress, Metro Boomin, and Future will be featured on Grand Theft Auto VI’s companion album. The album consists of 34 tracks and includes previews like Travis Scott’s “RHYNO” and Yung Lean’s “That’s It.”

Grand Theft Auto VI: The Album is available for pre-order in CD and vinyl formats, with the limited-edition vinyl priced at around $125.
