Album: Mjabulisi – 1 Minute Away

The day has arrived for Maskandi fans, as Mjabulisi has released his long-awaited album, “1 Minute Away.”

The essence of Maskandi music can be appreciated through a variety of artists. Mjabulisi stands out by offering a fresh perspective on this genre. Since his entry into the music scene a few years ago, he has developed a distinctive style that creatively incorporates the key elements of Maskandi: traditional rhythms, strong bass guitar, impressive keyboard melodies, and harmonious background vocals. This combination has produced hits such as “Luyazenzela” featuring Shenge and “Njengothunjana” with iCrush Yamajongo.

With the festive season in mind, Mjabulisi has presented a 17-track album titled “1 Minute Away.” This album promises to engage listeners with its traditional beats and compelling narratives.

“1 Minute Away” is now available in stores and encompasses themes of celebration, unity, family, respect, struggle, love, and heartbreak.
