Jnr SA – The Remix EP

House producer Jnr SA has presented his interpretation of some of Kabza De Small’s notable productions through “The Remix EP.”

Jnr SA has made a significant impact on the South African music scene with his distinctive house music tracks. By blending traditional House elements with contemporary influences, he has positively influenced the genre and enhanced his brand.

This four-track Remix EP features Jnr SA’s interpretation of popular Amapiano songs by Kabza De Small, including “Ngyozama” featuring Sykes, Young Stunna, Nkosazana Daughter, Tracy & Thatohatsi; “Khusela” with Msaki; “Abalele” with DJ Maphorisa & Ami Faku; and the global hit “Asibe Happy” by Kabza De Small, DJ Maphorisa & Ami Faku.

In these remixes, Jnr SA reimagines the original tracks, exploring various facets of House music while maintaining the essence and melodies of the original songs. While some may question if the themes have shifted with the genre change, traditional remix practices often retain the core of the original material. Jnr SA has adjusted the framework to introduce a fresh, vibrant energy to these previously successful releases.
