Poco Lee’s Management Thanks Zlatan, Others For Support Amid UK Case

The management of Nigerian dancer and entertainer Iweh Pascal Odinaka, known as Poco Lee, has expressed gratitude towards Zlatan Ibile and others for their support as he deals with an ongoing legal matter in the United Kingdom.

In a statement issued on September 16, Poco Lee’s team recognized the assistance received from various individuals and requested the public to refrain from disseminating negative or unverified narratives regarding the situation.

The statement included:

“Hello Everyone, we would like to publicly acknowledge that Zlatan, along with others, has been extremely supportive and helpful through this matter. Their involvement, support, and effort have been vital to moving things forward. We deeply value their ongoing support and dedication, and we kindly request that everyone refrain from spreading negative narratives.”

Zlatan’s acknowledgment follows previous mentions by Poco Lee of Burna Boy and Rahman Jago in reference to the challenges he has encountered in the UK.

While Poco Lee’s management did not disclose specific details about Zlatan’s involvement, the recent statement highlights that he has been one of the individuals supporting Poco Lee during this legal situation.

The circumstances began in August when reports indicated that Poco Lee had been detained in the UK related to sexual offence allegations. He was later charged with five offenses: two counts of rape, one count of attempted rape, and two counts of assault by penetration.

Throughout the case, Poco Lee’s management has emphasized that the allegations should not be seen as evidence of guilt. The team has also responded to unverified reports about the case, including claims of alleged drink spiking, clarifying that such allegations were not included in the charges before the court.

Poco Lee was granted bail in September after spending several weeks in custody. While there were later reports of his release and claims that the complainant had withdrawn the case, the legal proceedings remained ongoing.

The next phase of the case is set for February 8, 2027, when the plea hearing will occur, with the trial expected to start on March 8, 2027.

At this time, Poco Lee’s management continues to ask for restraint as the case progresses through the UK legal system, urging the public to allow the appropriate legal process to unfold.
