Brymo Shares Surprising Insights While Recalling His Past

Nigerian singer Brymo has prompted a variety of reactions after sharing an alleged experience involving veteran musician 2Baba and his then-wife, Annie Macaulay, while discussing his past relationships and offering guidance to emerging artists.

During an appearance on the NotJustOk podcast, Brymo acknowledged that he had been involved with married women in the past, describing it as a mistake that he believes aspiring entertainers should avoid.

While recounting his experiences, the singer stated that one of the most notable incidents occurred during a meeting in Lekki in 2019, where he claimed that 2Baba confronted Annie directly in his presence.

Brymo mentioned that the incident occurred at an office in Lekki Phase 1, noting that it remains a significant memory for him.

“I remember that moment in 2019 at Naomi’s office in Lekki Phase 1 when 2face looked me straight in the eyes and asked Annie directly. I’ll never forget it. I’m wicked, you people don’t know me,”

he said.

He used this story to convey a broader message to younger musicians, cautioning them against engaging in relationships with married women. He suggested that such situations can lead to serious personal and professional repercussions, encouraging artists to make choices that do not jeopardize their careers or personal lives.

As of the time of publication, neither 2Baba nor Annie Macaulay had publicly commented on Brymo’s statements. His account presents his perspective on the events.
