A$AP Rocky Is Set To Perform For Amazon Music’s ‘Songline’ Series During Yams Day

A$AP Rocky has announced plans for Yams Day 2026. On January 13, he revealed that he will be the next artist featured in Amazon Music’s “Songline” series.

The episode is set to air live on January 18 at 9 p.m. ET across Amazon Music, Prime Video, and Twitch. According to Mixtape Madness, Rocky’s performance of Don’t Be Dumb will be a “cinematic, city-spanning” event, featuring orchestrations by Danny Elfman and appearances from other A$AP Mob members.

The performance will be available for streaming for 24 hours, though it is still unclear if the live recordings will be available on Amazon Music afterward, as has been the case with past artists like Big Sean, Billie Eilish, and Little Simz.

Rocky stated, “In celebration of my brother A$AP Yams, performing in New York is always special and a full-circle moment. Yams believed in the vision [before] everyone. I want to thank Amazon Music ‘Songline’ for allowing me to celebrate these moments.”

Leading up to Don’t Be Dumb, which is scheduled for release on January 16, Rocky has already released two confirmed singles. The first, “Punk Rocky,” takes on a punk-rap style, while last week he also enlisted “Stranger Things” actress Winona Ryder for its music video.

On January 12, he released “Helicopter$” with an animated visual, highlighting his collaboration with PUMA and referencing other New York artists Cam’ron and Jim Jones. Both tracks are anticipated selections from the upcoming album.

Additionally, Rocky is expected to make his “Saturday Night Live” debut on January 17. Although he has not announced a tour, he is confirmed as a headliner for the final night of Governors Ball in June.
