G Herbo Stated That Proposing To Taina Williams Was One of The Best Days of His Life

Taina Williams is now engaged. On New Year’s Eve (December 31), G Herbo proposed to his longtime girlfriend and the mother of his two youngest children.

During a private celebration at Brooklyn Chophouse in Miami, the Chicago rapper knelt and asked for her hand in marriage. They were accompanied by close friends and family, including Williams’ mother, Emily Bustamante.

“You’ve been with me through all my trials and tribulations,” G Herbo expressed to Williams, according to HOT 97. “You are the most important thing in my life.” He went on to say, “Everything I’ve built, I’ve built for you and our family.”

Shortly after, G Herbo commended Williams for being “a phenomenal woman, great partner, [and] great mother,” before asking, “I’m ready to do this, Taina Dominique Williams. Will you marry me?” She accepted his proposal.

In an Instagram post on January 1, G Herbo reflected on the experience, stating, “LAST NIGHT WAS ONE OF THE BEST DAYS OF MY LIFE… I MANNED UP, I BOSSED UP, AND I MADE THE SMARTEST DECISION EVER BY MAKING [Taina Williams] SIGN A DEATH ROW CONTRACT!!! THIS S**T 4 LIFE NOW. LOVE YOU, MAMIIIII.”

G Herbo and Williams have been together since 2019 and have two children: Essex, born in 2021, and Emmy, born in 2022. Additionally, G Herbo has another son, Yosohn Santana Wright, from a previous relationship with Ari Fletcher.

Recently, other rappers have also announced their engagements. Young Thug proposed to Mariah the Scientist in December, and NLE Choppa made a festive proposal to Erica Ravén. Prior to these events, Asian Doll shared her engagement on the beach for her 29th birthday.
