Vince Staples is seeking marketing ideas from his fans for the project “The Vince Staples Show.” On Friday, October 17, the rapper solicited suggestions from his social media followers, only to mockingly ridicule them for their “terrible suggestions” before his meeting regarding the show’s second season.

I have a marketing meeting scheduled for Monday, October 20, to discuss Season 2 of the show. The company Staples asked, “How do you all want to be marketed to?” Someone suggested, “I know you have asthma, but rolling papers would be great.” Similar to how people use matchbooks for promotional purposes. The “Norf Norf” artist playfully quoted, saying, “If you plan to get high in honor of the show, crack is the bare minimum.”

Someone else suggested he post behind-the-scenes footage and outtakes. “BTS is just me in the rain holding coffee, but I do like the idea of bloopers,” Staples replied, so perhaps that’s something we’ll actually get after Season 2 premieres in November.

“Somebody on X said, ‘Don’t worry, I’m going to make T-shirts and give them out,’ prompting the Dark Times artist to respond with a laugh, ‘If we catch anyone selling bootlegged merchandise, we’ll send you to Uncle Charles.'” One fan expressed a willingness to purchase the show on disc.

“As Staples pointed out, we must preserve physical media to avoid the day when people may claim that the ’90s sitcom ‘Living Single’ never actually aired, as it starred Queen Latifah.” It seems like interviews are on the agenda, the Long Beach rapper replied before explaining that the previous statement was meant sarcastically.

According to reports, Season 2 of “The Vince Staples Show” is scheduled to premiere on Netflix on November 6, based on the trailer, which suggests there will be even more action that fans are familiar with and enjoy. The new season, as reported by Deadline, sees Staples embark on a “wild journey in search of inner peace” following a death. Vanessa Bell Calloway and Naté Jones will return to their roles, with Zack Fox appearing as a guest star.

“This show can have 365 episodes because each one is inspired by the everyday experience of just existing.” For Vince, literally anything could happen at any moment. Life just works that way.
