6ix9ine – Laugh Now Cry Later

6ix9ine and Lil Durk have had a longstanding disagreement, which has primarily seemed to be one-sided. Durk referred to 6ix9ine as a rat during his RICO trial, and 6ix9ine has held onto this sentiment.

Upon his release from prison, 6ix9ine began to antagonize and ridicule individuals he believed had wronged him. He made disrespectful comments regarding King Von’s death, while also suggesting to Lil Durk that he should seek retribution. Notably, 6ix9ine’s remarks about “sliding for Von” on DJ Akademiks’ “Off The Record” podcast were cited by the prosecution in court.

Now that closing arguments have wrapped up, the jury is preparing to start deliberations. 6ix9ine appears to think that Lil Durk will not succeed, and he seems pleased about this outcome. He even began singing lyrics from “Laugh Now Cry Later” during a stream on DJ Akademiks’ Kick.
