Rapper Latto is said to be no longer dating. The “Big Energy” rapper reportedly appeared to confirm that she is in a relationship with 21 Savage, a fellow Atlanta-based rapper, after years of speculation about their romance.

On Monday, September 29, while Latto was out in New York City, she informed TMZ that she was going to have dinner with her husband.

She allegedly referred to 21 Savage as her husband. After Latto described her outfit, the TMZ reporter inquired, “Wait, so are you fed up with people inquiring about you-know-whom, number 21?”

Latto replied matter-of-factly, “No, my guy, my guy, my guy.”

Speculation about the couple’s relationship reportedly began as early as late 2020. Fans assumed Latto was connected to 21 Savage despite her repeated denials, as she was seen with the name “Shéyaa” tattooed behind her ear in 2024. Savage, who is known as Shéyaa Bin Abraham-Joseph, also has a “Shéyaa” tattoo, also inked in red.

Grainy footage of the pair, allegedly on vacation, surfaced online in late August. Despite their success as rappers, the duo has still been able to maintain a relatively private personal life. Around a week ago, 21 Savage fuelled the speculation further with his verse on Hunxho’s “If Only.” “He can’t pull out, she told him to keep it in, he’s fallen in love with the cheetah print,” he raps in the song. Latto’s distinct style is characterised by cheetah print.

Latto and 21 Savage have collaborated publicly in song, despite speculation surrounding their relationship. In 2022, the artist released “Wheelie” from her 777 album. The reason behind Latto’s recent confirmation of her relationship with 21 Savage remains unclear at this time. She has recently collaborated with her former adversary Ice Spice to release “Gyatt” along with its music video.
