Young Thug is still trying to apologize for the phone call that got leaked from jail. The latest person he reached out to is Quavo, another rapper from Atlanta.

On Sunday, September 14, Thugger shared a note for Quavo, showing that he wanted to fix things. He wrote on X, “I love you, brother. [You know] I’m always by your side until the end, kid,” and included “RipRocketMan,” to remember their late friend Takeoff. He later took down the post.

Young Thug’s apology comes after he criticized the Migos during one of his many leaked jail calls. In one of those conversations, the “Go Crazy” rapper talked about the sale of Quality Control Music, the record label run by Pierre “P” Thomas, with whom he has issues. Thugger mentioned that Lil Baby almost left QC but stayed loyal to P. That’s when he made comments about the Migos.

“He said people only support your label because of WHAM,” referring to Lil Baby’s album from January, and claimed P was keeping his artists uninformed. “No one cares about the Migos. They’re struggling; they’re not making any [money]. ”

Reactions to Young Thug’s message to Quavo were mixed. One person commented on Instagram under The Shade Room’s post, “Thug said, I’ll find a friend, let me choose Quavo. I didn’t say anything bad about him.”

Another person wrote, “So Offset worked with Gunna and now you’re on good terms with Quavo. ”

As of now, Quavo hasn’t replied.

Despite the drama, Young Thug recently shared that he has a new album coming out called UY SCUTI on Friday, September 19. He also just released a song to apologize titled “Man I Miss My Dogs. ”
