Young Thug & Quavo – Spider Or Jeffery

Young Thug Quavo Spider Or Jeffery

Young Thug encountered several problems with the release of his new album UY SCUTI, specifically the exclusion of Rod Wave from the track “Blaming Jesus,” despite initial plans for a feature. In spite of the initial problems, he appears to be dedicated to revising the tracklist, which now includes a new song featuring Quavo, “Spider Or Jeffery,” only a few hours after the original LP’s release.

Those uninformed may know this stems from Thugger’s leaked jail call that apparently criticized the Migos’ financial situation and his message to Huncho confirming their friendship. It appears that everything worked out in relation to these drama speculations, which is very heartening to hear.

In this collaborative effort, YSL MC dominates much of the trap-drum-led guitar-driven track, showcasing his signature unpredictable and airy rap style, albeit with slightly less unpredictability than his previous work. The former Migo does a good job of matching the record melodically and creating vocal contrast with Thug.

It is not uncommon for either artist, but it does appear more down-to-earth and polished than some other UY SCUTI tracks. The tracklist showcases a considerable range, pleasing admirers and sparking skepticism about Spider’s – or Jeffery’s – artistic adaptability.

We’ll be seeing if future alterations distinguish this new album from others in the coming days and weeks. In the meantime, it provided listeners with a substantial amount of material to consider and discuss, whether in terms of theme, sound, or context.
