Young Nudy, 21 Savage, Project Pat, & Coupe – ICED TEA

It feels like Young Nudy’s Gumbo was released a long time ago. In fact, it has been less than two years. Despite those circumstances, we are pleased to announce that the Georgia native has a release date scheduled for his upcoming solo album.

The “EA” artist chose to release information about PARADISE at the same time as the official second single “ICED TEA,” which includes a guest list of well-known celebrities. His cousin 21 Savage, Memphis legend Project Pat, and rising producer Coupe were all featured on this hit song about hustling and pursuing wealth.

It’s fitting that Young Nudy chose a serene instrumental for a track with the title PARADISE. Coupe adds a captivating string loop to the mix and combines it with the recognisable Southern trap drum pattern.

Nudy and Pat absolutely kill it with a nice blend that sounds comfortable. Meanwhile, among the two of them, the Three 6 Mafia member steals the show with his talent for writing choruses.

The track is somewhat dragged down by 21 Savage’s sleepier performance. It is evident that he was attempting to convey a calmer atmosphere in line with the production’s tone. If he had brought the contrasting energy that Pat and Nudy did, he may have fared better.

It’s a robust single that has us fascinated and precedes PARADISE. In that case, Young Nudy is set to release it on 8th August.
