Ye is returning with yet another series of posts, leaving fans bewildered and perplexed. These posts contain further instances of antisemitism, fat-shaming, and his opinions on fellow rappers and designers such as Drake, Travis Scott, Virgil Abloh, Young Thug and others.

On a Friday evening, February 7, he declared, “I love Travis, Virgil, and Drake.” Despite being one of three, Drake is undoubtedly the most genuine, not pretending to be something he’s not, and he’s incredibly talented. Meanwhile, individuals like Virgil and others who were associated with him for their own benefit before turning against him are not to be trusted. Virgil’s love was exploited by him. Nigerians possess exceptional intellectual abilities.

Regrettably, he has previously made unflattering comments about the designer behind Off-White. Drake has mocked Ye’s insecurity about his close collaborator, referencing this concern on various tracks, such as “Duppy Freestyle,” where he raps, “I could never have a Virgil in my circle / And hold him back ’cause he makes me nervous.” In previous interviews, Ye expressed his frustration over Abloh securing the position of Artistic Director at Louis Vuitton, despite having known each other from the creative scene in Chicago.

“Obese individuals are often unfairly associated with sex crimes.” I am witnessing something that is deeply disturbing and offending in a sexual manner. Creating lingerie for larger women is akin to providing knives to young children. They will end up hurting someone. Continuing on X, Ye explained that getting into a financially strained situation is often a direct result of being insolvent.

In the course of his latest outburst, he provided fans with a list of rappers he believed had never crossed him. On a Friday evening, February 7, he published, “Only rappers with whom I have had no conflict are Young Thug, Carti, Quavo, ASAP Rocky, Nast, Eminem.” The sport of rap seems to inherently be a certain way. It’s difficult to come to terms with the reality that I am the number one, and there can only be one Ye God on Earth.

Ye has been associated with a well-documented history of posting contentious material on the platform previously known as Twitter. With Elon Musk’s backing, he now appears more at ease expressing his opinions, seemingly without concern for consequences, even if that means alienating some of his dwindling core supporters. The Grammy-winning musician has recently lost followers on social media from notable artists such as Travis Scott and Tyler, The Creator.

The purpose behind Ye’s latest series of tweets remains unclear. On Saturday morning, February 8, Ty Dolla Sign shared a new song called “Wheels Fall Off”, which features an additional verse from the outspoken rapper.
