Orezi Pcee I Swear Video

Nigerian singer and songwriter Orezi, whose real name is Esegine Allen, is staging a strong comeback with the aim of regaining his position as a leading figure in the Afrobeats music industry. He’s laying the groundwork for a successful comeback with new music, dynamic live shows, and big plans for the year to come.

In November, Orezi collaborated with South African sensation PCEE on a remix of his hit single I Swear, combining Nigerian and South African music styles that transcend geographical boundaries. The collaboration has had a significant impact, and following the release of the official music video, which was filmed in South Africa, the track’s popularity has continued to increase in momentum.

Following the success of his Chocolate Daddy EP, this latest release demonstrates his ability to adapt through collaborations with artists such as Tekno, Ugandan superstar Sheebah, and Cameroonian singer Daphne. The project reinforced Orezi’s capacity to bring together various African inspirations, thereby solidifying his position as a talented artist.

Following an extended stay in the UK, Nigerian artist Orezi promptly returned home to Nigeria and quickly got back in touch with his supporters. He made a triumphant comeback to the music world with an electrifying performance at Club Vogue on Sunday, February 3rd. His enduring popularity was evident that night, as the crowd was enthusiastically responding to both his well-established and his recent music releases.

Ahead of us, Orezi has confirmed that a new album is in the works. Before the complete project’s release, he intends to maintain fan interest with a consistent flow of new songs, thereby securing his position at the forefront of Afrobeats by the end of 2025.

Orezi has returned with his hunger, talent, and a clear vision for the future, and it appears he is there to remain indefinitely.
