Tems Collaborates With Erewhon To Create The Lagos Love Smoothie, Inspired By Her EP 'Love Is A Kingdom'

Tems has launched her own smoothie in collaboration with Erewhon. On December 2, the Afrobeats artist announced the new drink named “Lagos Love,” inspired by a track from her latest EP, “Love Is A Kingdom.”

Starting on Tuesday, the Lagos Love Smoothie can be found at Erewhon locations throughout Southern California. It is described as a “bright, berry-forward blend” enhanced with aromatic organic fresh basil. The smoothie is made with a coconut milk base and includes Yerba Madre’s Bluephoria Organic Yerba Mate.

The vibrant berry-purple color of the smoothie comes from a mix of organic raspberries, acai, blueberries, bananas, and blackberries. The drink is priced at $22, with a portion of the proceeds benefiting Tems’ Leading Vibe Initiative.

Tems is among several artists who have collaborated with Erewhon. Earlier this year, Tyla introduced a smoothie called Bliss, while Travis Scott launched the Storm Storm smoothie. Recently, Erykah Badu partnered with Erewhon to commemorate the 25th anniversary of her album, “Mama’s Gun,” with a drink called Mama’s Bang Bang.

“Love Is A Kingdom” was released on streaming platforms on November 21. The seven-track EP represents Tems’ exploration of themes such as love, power, and spiritual clarity. In addition to “Lagos Love,” the project features tracks like “Big Daddy” and “What You Need.” This release follows her debut album, “Born in the Wild,” and Tems shared that it reflects her journey toward self-acceptance and embracing her true identity.
