I am concerned about the well-being of others this December. Kidnapping has evolved into a lucrative, full-time operation in certain regions of Nigeria, and it is likely to deteriorate further during the upcoming festive season. Individuals living overseas and in other parts of Nigeria are expected to return to their hometowns. They’re going to strike very forcefully.

The singer’s warning coincides with a surge in reported cases of insecurity and kidnappings across various parts of the country. Ruger advised everyone to stay alert, make smart travel arrangements, and put safety first when reuniting with loved ones or attending any event during the current holiday season.
