Rich The Kid and Kodak Black are sharing their experiences of overcoming challenges in their latest collaboration, “Rain Snow.” The two rappers from Georgia and Florida seem like a perfect match on paper, yet this marks only their third time working together. Their previous collaboration was “Let’s Get It,” featured on Rich Forever’s latest project, which was released on October 11, 2024—over five years after the fourth installment. Last year, Rich The Kid also released a new solo album titled *Life’s A Gamble*, his first in four years.
This project featured a host of big-name artists, including Offset, Peso Pluma, Chief Keef, and Quavo, but it was Kanye West and Ty Dolla $ign who stood out as both guests and executive producers. Since that summer release, the “New Freezer” rapper has been busy releasing singles and collaborating with others, with “Rain Snow” being the latest addition to this string of work. In this new track, Rich The Kid and Kodak Black create a compelling narrative about the hardships they faced on their path to success. The celebratory mood is enhanced by triumphant trumpets blended into the trap beat. Check out their collaboration below.
