R-Mean, Ty Dolla $ign, Offset, & Scott Storch – Chapo’s Daughter

Armenian-American rapper R-Mean aimed to create a song for the warmer months, and he achieved his goal with “Chapo’s Daughter.” The two artists show great synergy for the second time, thanks to frequent collaborator Scott Storch. On a tropical-tinged woodwind-driven instrumental, R-Mean delivers verses about the finer aspects of life, focusing on the beautiful women he is connected to.

The pair behind this boastful hit isn’t alone. Ty Dolla $ign, an offset and hook master, is also featured in the cut. R-Mean mentioned collaborating with “a couple of goats” on his Instagram, notably Ty. I feel incredibly fortunate to say that I’ve had the chance to collaborate with well-known artists on multiple occasions. He prefers working in the studio together with others rather than exchanging files.

It’s not always feasible, nonetheless, we manage to make it work. It’s a different kind of magic that occurs when you’re all bouncing ideas off each other in real time…. It was a privilege to collaborate with one of the greatest individuals of all time.

It’s evident that they enjoyed themselves while crafting “Chapo’s Daughter” based on their songwriting and laid-back performances on the album.

The deluxe version of MEAN will be a major highlight later this year. Although the press release didn’t provide a specific date, we can confirm that it is forthcoming. It’s been some time since the original project was released, which occurred on April 28, 2023.

The project featured R-Mean and Scott collaborating with Quavo, Jeremih, YG, and Nas, plus another appearance by Offset. The bonus edition appears to be even more heavily loaded, given the substantial star power involved in “Chapo’s Daughter.”
