Pusha T Pays Tribute To His Grandmother Following Clipse’s ‘Jeopardy!’ Moment

Pusha T expressed his fondness for the game show “Jeopardy!” after his group, Clipse, was featured in a recent episode. The reference occurred during the Tournament of Champions episode aired on January 27, where Clipse was mentioned in the category “It Happened in 2025.” The clue indicated that Clipse performed the first-ever rap show in a city-state during the ‘Grace for the World’ concert in 2025.

While two contestants incorrectly responded with “Monaco” and “San Marino,” the third contestant correctly answered, “What is the Vatican?” Host Ken Jennings commented on the rarity of rapping in that location.

Pusha T shared the moment on Instagram, dedicating a message to his late grandmother. He reminisced about their shared tradition of watching “Jeopardy!” every night, noting how it became a bonding activity for them. He added a hope that she was watching and enjoying the moment with him.

The game show acknowledgment highlighted a successful year for Clipse, as Pusha T and Malice prepared to celebrate the success of their reunion album, “Let God Sort Em Out,” which has received five Grammy nominations, including Best Rap Album and Album of the Year. They are also set to perform with Pharrell Williams at the Grammy Awards on February 1 at the Crypto.com Arena.

Recently, Pusha T was seen in France at Louis Vuitton’s Paris Fashion Week, which included the debut of new unreleased music. He also attended a private event where Pharrell Williams was honored by French President Emmanuel Macron.
