Nigerian singer Habeeb Okikiola, commonly referred to as Portable, has vowed to avoid further legal issues after his recent dispute with the Ogun State government.

Just hours after being granted bail of ₦2 million in connection with allegations of assaulting government officials at his bar, the singer made a statement. Someone previously deemed an individual of interest, who had been declared wanted, surrendered voluntarily to the authorities and subsequently underwent legal proceedings before being granted his freedom.

Following his release, the Zazu Zeh singer took to social media to express his appreciation and reiterate his determination to prioritise his music and financial development. He shared a music video and wrote in the caption, “I thank God for everything ZAzuu.” No more problems, it’s just money I’m looking for. If you are unable to obtain money, call out to God.

Portable’s reputation for speaking his mind has led to controversy, with his claim of a trouble-free existence receiving a divided response from his supporters. Some people praise his decision to adopt a more cautious strategy, but others continue to be doubtful, considering his past record of controversy.

It appears Portable has chosen not to get involved in any controversy at this time. He is resolute to redirect his attention towards his professional life and financial objectives, all while avoiding potential legal issues.
