Portable Criticized Carter Efe For Damaging A Car That Was Gifted By E-Money

Controversial street-hop artist Portable has become involved in the situation surrounding fellow entertainer Carter Efe, following reports that a luxury SUV gifted to Carter was vandalized.

The vehicle, reportedly valued at ₦50 million, was said to have been presented to Carter Efe by billionaire businessman Emeka Okonkwo, known as E-Money, during his birthday celebration. Shortly after this, rumors started circulating that the socialite had unfollowed Carter on Instagram after the car was allegedly damaged.

As news of the incident spread online, Portable expressed his views.

In a video circulating on social media, the singer criticized Carter Efe for mismanaging what he referred to as a rare blessing. He warned that such actions could negatively impact future opportunities for Carter and claimed that he might “never see help again.”

Portable also took the opportunity to share what he described as street wisdom, advising caution regarding the loyalty of individuals who are financially unstable.

He stated: “Carter Efe, it won’t be well with you. You will never see helper again. How could you spoil a ₦50 million car that E-Money gave you? You take a car given to you and go and create content, now you have damaged it. The person who gave you the car will not be happy. Someone gave me a Benz two years ago, and nothing has happened to it; it is still working. Never trust the loyalty of a poor man. Carter Efe is a poor man. I am wealthy when it comes to cars, and I know how to manage money. You can have money but not know how to use it. I have money, and I know how to manage it. E-Money, please give me a car; I’ll be grateful.”

Furthermore, Portable directly appealed to E-Money, requesting that the businessman gift him a car instead, assuring him that he would appreciate it and take care of it properly.
