Muni Long – Slow Grind

Muni Long, a native of Vero Beach, Florida and two-time GRAMMY winner, does not fit this description. Over the years, she has collaborated with some of the most renowned artists in the R&B field globally. The list features artists like Mariah Carey, Rihanna, and Ariana Grande. During the past four years, she has been utilising her extensive experience to establish herself as a solo artist and has transformed into one of the most formidable acts in the industry. The track “Hrs & Hrs” was the turning point that catapulted her to fame, while 2023’s “Made For Me” was the final factor that propelled her to the top.

Both of these essential records are equally deserving of the award, with each one securing a Golden Gramophone for Best R&B Performance. Muni Long’s sophomore album, Revenge, was released last year as a result of all that had happened. Several of the songs have been generating over five million streams each. Following that, Muni Long chose to sample songs from other artists, including GloRilla, Toosii, and Teddy Swims.
