Megan Thee Stallion Will Be Preparing Thanksgiving Turkey For Klay Thompson's Family, As Confirmed By His Father

Megan Thee Stallion is helping with Thanksgiving preparations this year. On Tuesday (Nov. 25), Mychal Thompson, father of Klay Thompson, confirmed on ESPN LA’s “Mason & Ireland Show” that the rapper is contributing to their dinner.

When Steve Mason inquired about who was making their Thanksgiving meal, John Ireland interjected to reveal that it was Megan. Mychal, surprised, noted that he was not aware of this, to which Ireland reminded him that he had mentioned it earlier. The co-hosts then revisited Klay’s previous statements about Megan being a proficient cook. In August, the Grammy winner mentioned preparing catfish and spaghetti for Klay almost weekly, calling it the best food he had ever tasted.

Later in the discussion, Mychal commented on the cooking skills of Black women, questioning if anyone had ever been to a Black person’s home and not enjoyed good food. He then added a humorous remark about the frequency of such visits.

Megan and Klay officially announced their relationship in July, making their first public appearance together at her Pete & Thomas Foundation Gala that same month. While keeping the details of their romance private, Megan described their connection as resembling a movie, teasing that she wouldn’t divulge specifics.

Since then, the couple has been spotted together frequently, with Megan attending Klay’s games and sharing affectionate moments. Recently, they hinted at the possibility of purchasing a home together.

Megan is currently promoting her song “LOVER GIRL,” which is inspired, at least in part, by her relationship with Klay. She shared with Us Weekly that the track reflects her increased comfort and openness to love.
