Kota the Friend – HELLO ft. Fivio Foreign, Jae Lou, & King Kota

Kota the Friend HELLO ft. Fivio Foreign Jae Lou King Kota

Kota the Friend and Fivio Foreign may not have much in common, however, their shared New York roots make it impossible to dismiss “HELLO” from being a summer hit. This marks their first collaborative effort, also featuring Jae Lou and King Kota. The latter is the lead star’s child, and he delivers an endearing rap verse to kick off the single.

This track is an uplifting and cheery song that exudes positivity, making it perfect for car speakers, especially. The chemistry between Fivio and Kota the Friend is quite strong, and one reason for this can be attributed to the mutual respect Kota has for the drill artist Fivio.

In a recent press statement, Brooklyn-based artist discussed his intense connection to the song “HELLO” and expressed his admiration for Foreign. This seemed logical. Kota started by saying that both of them being from Brooklyn, but also differing in style, greatly enhances the interest of the song.

Fingers crossed that Fivio is released soon, allowing him to get back into his rhythm and continue producing music. He went on to say that Brooklyn requires that.

The star of the reality TV show “Off The Grid” has been incarcerated since January, having made threatening comments on January 1st. He pleaded guilty to the third-degree threats and is due to receive his sentence in August.

Kota has now released his third single since mid-April. He launched the set with the catchy song “MICHIGAN,” which included a collaboration with Big Sean. He released “Cozy Girls” in May, featuring Liana Banks.

The tracks “HELLO” and those two others are part of his EVEN exclusive project, No Rap on Sunday. Kota shared it in March at that location. DSP users will have access to the full audio by the end of June or in early July.
